A Prayer for Michael Jackson and his Children

July 9, 2009

God, Please watch over Michael Jackson's children and keep them safe.  Shield them from those, Father, who wish to make a buck off of their relationship to Michael.  Love them, Father, hold them, and bless them.

Prayer for the Soul...

June 17, 2009

My God, the soul you have placed within me is pure. You breathed of yourself into my flesh, Creating and forming in me a deep awareness of Your Presence. It is you who constantly arouses the desire to live within me. Sometimes you take this hope from me, only to renew it again and again, That I may once more praise you, my God and God of my people. You are the origin of all that happens and every soul is a part of You. Praise are you Eternal One, constantly renewing life within me with your breath of love.

A Personal Prayer To God...

June 4, 2009

A Personal Prayer to God

Oh God I am expressing my heart to you right now. I know you hear my heart for my heart and your heart are one---making us one.

My outward man or ego-man is in direct opposition and a direct opposite of each other. This is truly disconcerting to me for my heart desires my outward life to be one with you too.

Maybe this is the path of awareness to the ascension of the soul or Spirit, I am not sure, but I want to know—I so want that what is within me to shine forth on this outward form I call my human body and mind—the small self. As within, so without is my heart felt prayer my God.

I know this is a journey and way beyond my outward or ego driven mind can conceive or believe in—but one thing I know—I am willing to walk this journey—this path to the ascension and transcendation of my outward reality that I often call life.

Jesus spoke of eternal life and my mind would say that he was merely talking about living an endless or inexhaustible life that cannot be destroyed or neither can it end. But there is something deep within my being that calls for more than just living biologically or even an endless life—as great as that might be.

I want to live, breathe, and have my entire being and the multi-dimensional part of me have eternal life—the infused, aware, consciousness that vibrates deep with me on a soul and mental awareness that transcends just what my body calls reality.

I want the fullness of your essence to permeate and transform every particle and remnant of my entire being.

I am aware that this is an endless journey and cannot be obtained even though my body transitions back to Spirit form—but I truly want to know you intimately on every level of being.

I feel quite like a juvenile before you today—for I am but a child in the things of God and the universal mind of God. I want to know more than just my brain or ego mind can take me—I want all of my being to enjoy all that is my inheritance as a child of God.

I will not be satisfied or content with scratching the surface of consciousness and knowing my God—I will never be completely satisfied in this mission and quest for who I am and who you are and how we are one. I seek oneness, unity, and alignment with my Source-God from a heart level, and hopefully not from an ego driven desire.

My desire is from the heart which burns with passion to know the God that gave me biological and eternal life which transcends all other forms of so called life as man knows it.

I ask that my brother Jesus who understood this union and other divine masters to guide me to this same realization that they found—this thing that Jesus called eternal life—which is union with my Father-Mother God.

Amen.

A Prayer for Peace

May 27, 2009

Send Thy peace O Lord, which is
perfect and everlasting,
that our souls may radiate peace.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that we
may think, act and speak harmoniously.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that we
may be contented and thankful for
Thy bountiful gifts.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that amidst
our worldly strife, we may enjoy Thy bliss.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that we
may endure all, tolerate all, in the thought of
Thy grace and mercy.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that our lives
may become a Divine vision and in Thy light,
all darkness may vanish.

Send Thy peace O Lord, our Father and Mother,
that we Thy children on Earth may all
unite in one family.

Making A Vow to the Divine...

April 23, 2009

To make a vow to the Divine, to be an unconditional universal servant, is vital for your spiritual journey.  If you are ready, you can pause a moment, and make a vow to the Divine as follows:

Dear Divine,

I am honored to make a vow to You and Heaven.
I commit to being an unconditional universal servant to all humanity and all souls.
I commit to being a total "Gold" servant to You and humanity.

Please give me Your task and bless me to accomplish it.
I am extremely honored.

Thank you.

When and if you decide to make a vow like this, what will happen when you do it?

The Divine will appear at the moment you make this kind of vow.  The leaders of the Akashic Records will also appear instantly.  They will record your vow in your spiritual book in the Akashic Records.  The Divine will give you a task.  Then Heaven will wait for your accomplishment of the task.  They will give you great spiritual support to facilitate your accomplishment of the Divine task.

Mother Earth is in a transition period.  All kinds of natural disasters, wars and conflicts between religions and nations are happening worldwide.

The Divine needs unconditional universal servants to stand out to serve humanity, to remove the suffering of humanity, and to create love, peace and harmony for humanity, Mother Earth and all the universes.

Make the vow to the Divine and Heaven.  Commit yourself to being a divine servant.  Then your spiritual journey will move a big step forward.

A Prayer for Help

April 17, 2009

Dear Holy One,

Sometimes it is hard for us to remember to thank you, especially when we are worried and troubled.

Sometimes we need to complain or question you before we feel free to love you.  O God, our lives can be so difficult.  Some of our days have been filled with heartache, loss, confusion, sickness, and even death.

Sometimes, God, you have seemed far off and impossible to understand.  What we know is that our hurts have stretched and deepened us.  And we know that you suffer alongside and with us.

Help us to recognize and find comfort in your presence, for you never abandon us.  Help us to trust your goodness and your grace for you are our refuge and our strength.  Help us to find peace by resting in your boundless love.

Amen.

Prayer for Peace... 23rd Psalms

March 31, 2009

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.

He makes me lie down in green pastures;
he leads me beside still waters;
he restores my soul.
He leads me in right paths for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley,
I fear no evil;
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff--they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord
my whole life long.
- Psalms 23: 1-6

Prayers for Healing...

March 13, 2009

Precious Lord, take my hand.
Lead me on.  Let me stand.
I am tired.  I am weak.  I am worn.
Through the storm,
Through the night,
Lead me on to the light.
Take my hand, precious Lord,
and lead me home.

O Thou in whose great arms
All the children of earth are embraced,
Here in thy presence we remember
our kinship with all human kind.

We rejoice for those who are in
full health and strength,
Whose ways are ways of pleasantness
      and peace.

Our hearts reach out toward those

whose ways are ways of suffering,
     of body, mind, or soul.

May it be that thou shalt find us

     reaching out to them
Not only with our hearts but with
     our hands also,
To help them in the bearing of
     their burdens,
To help in the lifting of their
burdens.

Thy name is my healing, O my God, and remembrance of Thee is my remedy. Nearness to Thee is my hope, and love for Thee is my companion.  Thy mercy to me is my healing and my succor in both this world and the world to come.  Thou, verily, art the All-Bountiful, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.

Lord God, we come worshipping you today with grateful hearts that you are our keeper, the one who continually cares for us.  We come praying today for many people.  We pray for all who are in need of healing.  We pray for all who are disabled by injury or illness.  We pray for all who are troubled by confusion or pain.  We pray for all whose increasing years bring weariness.  We pray for all about to undergo surgery.  We pray for all who can not sleep.  We pray for the doctors, nurses, and all staff here at the hospital.  We pray for patients here at the hospital and their loved ones.  We pray the prayers which are written in the prayer book here in the chapel.  Lord, hear the spoken and unspoken prayers on the hearts and minds of those gathered here today.

Creating A Sacred Space for Prayer...

February 3, 2009

We invite you to make a 'Sacred Space' in your day, and spend ten minutes, praying here and now, as you sit at your computer, with the help of on-screen guidance and scripture chosen specially every day.

It might seem strange to pray at your computer, in front of a screen, especially if there are other people around you, or distracting noises. But God is everywhere, all around us, constantly reaching out to us, even in the most unlikely situations. When we know this, and with a bit of practice, we can pray anywhere! The following pages will guide you through a session of prayer, in six stages, including preparing your body and mind, and culminating in reflection on a scripture passage chosen specially for the day. The stages are:

The Presence of God

Freedom

Consciousness

The Word

Conversation

Conclusion

Begin the Prayer...

Sacred Space can be as small as the breath taken in during prayer, as large as a cathedral or as expansive as an ocean view.

Unless you already have a special peaceful place set up in your home I suggest you challenge yourself to create a "sacred space" somewhere within your living area. Perhaps you are fortunate enough to have an extra room you can use to retreat to when you need some time to yourself. When it is time for a child to leave the nest consider converting the newly evacuated bedroom into a sacred space rather than making it into a guest room that is only used occasionally. Do not feel as if you must wait until you have a spare room to create this space. Consider opening up any corner and building an altar there, or empty a closet of its clutter and toss a couple of pillows upon the floor for use in quiet prayer or meditation.

After Choosing Your Space

Once you have chosen the space, clear the entire room where your sacred space will exist (even if only a corner is being used). A fresh coat of paint on the walls might be nice. Incorporate household rules as to who is and who is not allowed into this space. Is this to be your space alone or can other family members use it when you aren't using it? Select pleasing visuals, kinesthetics, sounds, and scents for your Sacred Space surroundings.
